the Mission

I coach and train thoughtful leaders who impact the intellectual, social and emotional lives of individuals, teams, organizations and communities.

Expect to

  • Reach your goals

  • Gain clarity around your core values

  • Grow in self-reflection and emotional intelligence

  • Manage your energy–allowing more balance between your professional and personal life

As an executive coach, I partner with leaders to support their growth in the areas of instructional leadership, emotional intelligence, equity, and team cohesion and development.

We work together to collaboratively attain outcomes and goals, both professionally and personally.

You’ll walk away feeling heard, accomplished and motivated to accomplish your goals, or the change in your life that you would like to make.

My time with Kim as my leadership coach was transformational. During my sessions, I grew to understand the value in being vulnerable for the sake of internal growth. This was integral in seeing significant change in my leadership habits. She was able to push me to do heavy thinking about my triggers, thought-processes, and choice of actions. I am 100% a different leader today than I was before coaching! I am eternally grateful!

Services

  • Executive Coaching

The coaching model I use guides leaders through a self-reflective, interactive process that cultivates self-awareness, emotional management, social awareness, and relationship management in service of influencing and inspiring both adult and student growth.

  • Training & Courses

There are times when you, the leader, need someone to step in and facilitate a meeting or conversation with your team–allowing you to engage in planning, visioning or strategizing. I work with leaders to take on the role of facilitator, allowing you to engage with colleagues.

  • Speaking

I offer lectures and presentations on emotional intelligence, health and wellness, equity and inclusionary practices in the workplace, educational pedagogy and organizational culture--how to create work environments where people WANT to come to work.

“Research now shows that the radical acceptance of all of our emotions, even the messy, difficult ones, is the cornerstone to resilience, thriving, and true, authentic happiness.”
