Whether you're leading a company, a team, a school system, or just yourself — the real challenges of leadership are the same: managing complexity, building trust, sustaining your own energy. I bring the same rigor to all of it.

  • Corporate & Organizational Leaders

    For executives and senior teams

You're managing high-stakes decisions, leading through organizational change, and trying to do it without burning out. I coach executives and leadership teams on emotional intelligence, energy management, and the kind of self-aware leadership that sustains high performance over time — drawing on frameworks I've taught at the University of Washington, Yale, and the University of Denver.

Areas of focus: executive presence, energy and time management, leading through change, team dynamics

  • Educational Leaders & Systems

For superintendents, principals, and district teams

I've served as Assistant Superintendent, Executive Director of Teaching and Learning, and school administrator — so I understand the specific weight of leading a public system. I coach principals and district leaders on building equitable, resilient learning organizations, and facilitate leadership development for school boards and cabinets.

Areas of focus: principal supervision and coaching, equitable systems leadership, race-based trauma and organizational culture, district leadership teams

Real leadership change doesn't come from a new set of tactics — it comes from a leader's growing capacity to understand themselves, regulate under pressure, and see the systems they're part of more clearly.

My coaching draws on emotional intelligence research, systems thinking, and two decades of experience leading organizations myself, so the guidance I offer is grounded in what actually works when the stakes are real.

    Assess

We start by understanding your context: your goals, your organization's dynamics, and the patterns that are helping or holding you back. This may include stakeholder input or a formal assessment, depending on your engagement.

    Coach

Through regular 1:1 sessions, we build self-awareness, strengthen decision-making under pressure, and develop the specific leadership capacities your role demands.

    Sustain

Coaching succeeds when change outlasts our sessions. We build practices and habits designed to hold once the formal engagement ends.
