Executive Leadership Coaching

How you manage your emotions at work is the difference between being a good leader and a great one.

Are you?

  • Aware of your emotional triggers and how they affect your performance?

  • Engaging in conflict as a problem solver, or as someone completely stressed out?

  • Aware of how emotions contribute to your beliefs about yourself and others, and how they affect your ability to lead effectively?

Whether we like it or not, emotions are woven into our everyday interactions and influence how we react to decisions, change, challenges and opportunities.

They influence whether we are collaborative or combative. Ultimately, our ability to manage our emotions determines how successful we can be as leaders.

Working with an executive coach who focuses on emotional intelligence and understands the landscape of systems and initiatives can help you become a more effective, intentional and successful leader.

“Kimberly is an authentic and passionate educational leader who always puts core values, integrity and others first. She has been such an asset to my leadership growth. She has a gift of knowing those she works with and supervises. This was illustrated in her personalized approach to working with individuals on their professional pathways. Any organization that can have the benefit of Kimberly’s leadership would be fortunate and better because of what she brings with her heart, wisdom and experiences.”

—Rebekah Kim, Executive Director of Teaching and Learning

Leaders at all Levels

I offer one-on-one coaching and team coaching for each stage of the leadership lifecycle, from high-potential individuals to the C-suite (corporations) and Superintendency (School Districts).

  • Executive Leadership

President, CEO, Superintendent, CAO, Executive Director, Director

It can be lonely at the top. You need someone to strategize with that can help you determine long and short term goals for your team and organization.

  • Leadership

Director, Program Manager, Principal, Head of Department

Give the support and resources Directors/Principals/Managers need to ensure your own growth and outcomes are clear, focused and sustained.

  • New Leaders

Build, create and sustain transition plans for leaders moving into a new role/and or new responsibilities.

  • Transitioning Leaders

There are times in your career when you may decide to seek a new type of employment, think about retirement, or plan a sabbatical. I can help with a clear, focused plan to navigate these changes.

Executive Coaching is for you if you're:

  • Navigating significant change — a promotion, a transition, or a shift in your role or organization

  • Ready to grow your emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal impact

  • Looking to manage your energy, stress, and time more effectively

  • Driving toward specific outcomes — for yourself, your team, or your organization

  • In a season of transition — a new career, retirement, or a sabbatical

What You Can Expect

  • Strategic clarity. We set clear targets, work backwards from them, and build in progress monitoring so your initiatives stay on track.

  • Confident delegation. You'll learn to model and support colleagues so they grow their own leadership and problem-solving skills — freeing you to focus on strategy, not everything.

  • Self-awareness. You'll understand how you come across to others — where your strengths serve you, and where your blind spots get in the way.

  • More freedom. Less stress. More time for yourself and the people you love.

  • A kind, honest partner. I listen closely — including to what's not being said — and support your growth with compassion, not judgment.
